Amber Wilkinson, a native of the Tri-Cities, completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2000 at East Tennessee State University. All of her R.N. background has been in the Emergency Room at Johnson City Medical Center. Her Masters was also completed at East Tennessee State University. Amber Wilkinson is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
